Bitterman Family Confections began in the Downtown City Market. Our grandfather, Bernard, placed vending machines on trolley cars — a penny for a handful of peanuts, candy corn, Boston Baked Beans, bubble gum or jelly beans. We still buy from third and fourth generation, family-owned businesses like our own.
Since 1865, our private label candy bags have been sold nationwide through retail stores. Our customer base goes from Alaska thru Key West Florida.
Now, in addition to our wholesale-to-retail trade, we specialize in PRIVATE AND CUSTOM-LABELED CANDY BAGS as trade show giveaways, event favors, customer appreciation gifts, employee incentives, new-hire packets, visitor treat bags or advertising specialty gifts for any type of promotion or corporate event.
